  • 2013 RESIDENTIAL PARKING STICKER INFORMATION

Mayor Carlo DeMaria is pleased to announce the official start date for the 2013 Residential Parking Sticker Program. Beginning Wednesday, January 2nd,, the new 2013 parking stickers will be available in the Parking Clerk’s Office in the lobby of City Hall.

To obtain a new sticker you must return the 2012 sticker, as well as provide a copy of an active registration showing that the vehicle is registered to an Everett address. As a courtesy, the stickers will be distributed for FREE until February 28th. Beginning March 1st the $10 fee will once again be reinstated. Any vehicle without the new 2013 sticker will be ticketed.

For questions regarding the Residential Parking Sticker program, contact the Parking Clerk’s Office at 617.394.2295.

The parking clerk is an appointee of the mayor, with the approval of the city council. The power and duties of the parking clerk are outlined in the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 90, sec 20A1/2. In short, the parking clerk maintains and records all parking violations, applies payment and late fees as deemed on parking violations and holds hearings where parking violators can be heard. The parking clerk also issues residential parking stickers and visitors placards.
