The Office of Human Services
helps Everett residents with many types of
assistance. The main purpose of the office
is information and referral. The staff is
well informed about the different programs
that would be helpful to residents. Common
questions include topics such as food stamps,
fuel assistance, evections, utility termination,
Mass Health, Elderly Transportation, food
pantries, shelters and housing questions,
domestic violence, transitional assistance,
etc.

shopping, mall shopping)

6. Holiday Meals and Toy Assistance (Christmas
and Thanksgiving)
7. Snow Shoveling and Yard Work Referrals
8. Small Emergency Food Pantry
9. Information & Referral (e.g. welfare,
food stamps, fuel assistance, housing information,
assisted living, Medicare, mass health, drug/alcohol
rehab)
