Joint Committee For Children’s Health Care in Everett Announces Parent University 2019!
On Saturday, April 6th, The Joint Committee for Children’s Health Care in Everett (JCCHCE) will hold the 19th annual Parent University. This one-day informational conference and workshop will run from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Everett High School, 100 Elm Street in Everett. The JCCHCE is a community-based organization health that wholeheartedly believes in the right of all people to have appropriate healthcare and the organization continues to educate, inform and increase the ability for families to make healthy decisions.
Over the last 19 years, the JCCHCE’s Parent University has provided parents, caregivers and childcare providers the most current information about resources for all. The 2019 Parent University theme, “Securing Sunny Horizons For Our Children”, will provide the opportunity to learn more about talking with teens, helping children manage fear and video game knowledge.

This conference is free. Day care is available for children who are potty trained ONLY. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Parent University will also feature a local vendor session and informational workshops for attendees to learn about the many local health, wellness and educational resources in Everett and surrounding communities.
