Sixth Year of Series, August 2017
Honorary Chairman: Mayor Carlo DeMaria   Chairperson: Terry Iannaco   Editor: Dale A. Palma

From the Desk of Mayor Carlo DeMaria

As the summer is winding down, keep fool by thinking of the upcoming fall activities. The weather will soon begin to cool and the leaves will fluctuate between the colors of red, yellow and orange. It's during the fall months that we, as New Englanders, appreciate the beauty of our region. During this beautiful season, the City will offer many fall programs that you should all take advantage of! Enjoy our annual Village Fest in September, support our schools during Homecoming and even cheer the Everett High School football team during their games! I hope you all have a great end of the summer, and look forward to seeing you all in our programs and festivals coming up.

Warm Regards,

"The foilage has been losing its freshness through the month of August, and here and there, a yellow leaf shows itself like the first gray hair amidst the locks of a beauty, who has seen one season too many." - Oliver Wendell Holmes
